Most people think that's all there is to do for entertainment in Baton Rouge. Well, now there's another option. Red Stick Comedy provides the best in local comedy for the chemical city. We believe people in this town want to laugh at something other than the nightly news and the politicians.

In an effort to facilitate the development of the local comedy scene, Red Stick Comedy was formed by Jeremy White. Our hope is that our shows will help local comedians, and would-be comedians, develop and display their talents in an environment conducive to our craft. More specifically, we promise that our venues will be free of wet T-shirt contests, loud drunks waiting for the dance floor to be cleared of tables and chairs, and hypnotists pretending to be comedians.

So remember, for the best in local comedy, stick with Red Stick. (O.K., that was corny.)
